Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of JY Softwares LLC websites, products, and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this AUP. We may update this AUP from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

1) Prohibited activities

• Illegal or harmful activity: unlawful use; promoting or instructing others to commit illegal or harmful acts; sanctions violations.
• Payments, fraud & network abuse: card testing; fraudulent/excessive transactions; misleading pricing; bypassing security or rate limits; malware; probing/scanning; DDoS or disruptive automation.
• Content restrictions: illegal, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or content that exploits or endangers minors; privacy/IP violations; uploading content without rights.
• Platform integrity: operating high-risk or prohibited businesses without prior written approval; misrepresenting identity or origin of transactions; reselling or sharing accounts.

2) Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations; remove content; suspend or terminate accounts; contact law enforcement if required; and recover losses arising from your breach.
