Returns & Refunds Policy
Effective date: September 10, 2025
1) General
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds or returns may be available and how to request one. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
2) Subscriptions (software / digital services)
- Billing & renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.
- Refunds: Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial periods or unused Services. If a technical issue prevents use and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time, contact us within 14 days of the charge; we will review a good-will refund at our discretion.
- Trials & promos: Charges after trials or promotions are non-refundable.
3) Digital downloads / licenses (if applicable)
All sales are final once the product key or download link has been delivered and accessed, except if defective or not as described. If defective, contact us within 14 days for replacement or refund.
4) Physical goods (if applicable)
- Return window: 30 days from delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.
- Non-returnable: perishables, custom-made items, final-sale items (unless defective).
- Return shipping: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are yours.
- Refund method: After inspection, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5) How to request
Email contact@jysoftwares.com with your order number, checkout email, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send physical returns without an RMA.
6) Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback may result in suspension or termination of access and additional steps to prevent fraud. Please contact us first so we can help.
